Baroness X Polish Pickup: Champagne Pop

I’ve got one more beauty to share for Polish Pickup’s December launch! Demi from Baroness X chose a New Years theme with this photo for inspiration:

and oh my, is it a good one.

Champagne Pop: official description- a very silvery holo with pink to gold shifting glass microflakies, gold holo microglitter and metallic gold flakies.

Swatches show three very thin coats with topcoat. I can safely say you can get away with two coats for this one. Champagne Pop has a beautiful light grey, silvery base that is linear in holo. There is almost an earthy undertone of greige here. The glass flecks are very visible in person, and gives a pink flecked sparkle embedded throughout. The gold flakies are all over the place and you won’t have to worry about trying to pick them up. Formula is fantastic with ease of application and the build up is very easy. When applying, it feels like a jelly/crelly hybrid. This beauty gives alternate appearances depending on your lighting. In indoor, dull lit areas, it takes on an iridescent sort of silver with the gold flakes prominent and studded all over with the pink flecks. Bright lights/sunshine you’ll see the lovely holo rainbow come to life.

The pink flecks are being quite shy in these but I promise, in person they’re there! You can see a few in the center of my middle finger below:
