Hello nail geeks! I have a fresh batch of releases coming to Emily de Molly for her January releases! Keep in mind there are two limited batches here, they are notated so don’t hesitate if you’re eyeing them! Per usual we have a perfect mix of finishes that fall perfectly in line with the season depending on what side of the world you’re on!

Birthday Project – A medium blue crelly with copper and iridescent blue glitters.
Limited to one large batch.
$9 USD / $11 AUD

Swatches show two coats with topcoat. This one has a super crelly feed during application, but with a bit more jelly to the brush strokes. The base is what I would consider a cornflower blue, and the glitters give a scattered contrast with copper and blue. I had no issues picking up the glitters on the brush and they laid flat for me. No texture after topcoat.

Heated Discussions – A dark red base with gold and pink shimmers and an orange/red magnetic effect. Limited to one large batch. $10 USD / $12 AUD

Swatches show two coats with topcoat. Formula has a rich feel during application. The base is a rich cool toned red with the magnetic pigments warming it up with a strong orange. There is a gorgeous pink twinkle densely speckled overall, I feel like it was playing shy in my swatches.

Leave It To Me – A purple base with a pink to copper shimmer and metallic silver flakes.
$9 USD / $11 AUD

Swatches show two coats with topcoat. Formula has a medium feel, applies very opaque. The base is a dark grape, with the shimmer giving a strong fuchsia glow, with a copper shift on extreme angles. The flakes picked up easily, and laid down flat. Please note, in person this color is just a touch darker, as my camera was exploiting that glorious shimmer. No texture after topcoat.

Midnight Mermaid– A dark blue with green shimmer and blue iridescent flakes.
$10 USD / $12 AUD

Swatches show two coats with topcoat. Formula has a light jelly feel during application. I had full opacity at two coats, however when wearing for daily wear, I would go to three light coats for that plump look. The flakes picked up easily for me and laid down flat. No texture after topcoat. emily de molly midnight mermaid 4 emily de molly midnight mermaid 5

Opposite Order – A brown base with turquoise blue to purple foil shifting shimmer. $9 USD / $11 AUD

Swatches show two coats with topcoat. If you’re a fan of Sea of Lies and Save Your Boredom, then this will be right up your alley. The base is an espresso brown, and the foil shimmers create a strong aqua glow with a vibrant purple shift on extreme angles. The shimmer gives a sparkle effect. No texture after topcoat.

Revolving Door – A dark brown holo with copper flakes, copper micro glitters and a gold / copper magnetic effect. $11 USD / $13 AUD

Swatches show two coats with topcoat. Formula has a medium feel and applies buttery smooth and very opaque. The base is a dark espresso, and the magnetic pigments appear a strong antique gold against it. There’s a very strong linear holo and the copper micro glitters give an extra sparkle across the nail. No texture after topcoat.

Trips Abroad – A bright sunflower yellow/orange with iridescent flakes and gold micro glitters. $10 USD / $12 AUD

Swatches show two coats with topcoat. Formula has a heavy jelly feel during application, it builds very quickly on the nail. This beauty is packed with flakes, so I’d personally recommend going light on your brush strokes so as to not drag them. The base is what I would consider a goldenrod yellow: there’s a touch of orange tone to the yellow. The flakes give a pond effect to your layers and create a sparkly glow. No texture after topcoat.

Vexed – A light brown holo with green to pink foil type shimmer and silver micro glitters. $11 USD / $13 AUD

Swatches show two coats with topcoat. Formula applies dense, opaque and smooth on the nail. I’d consider this one a more champagne kind of nude-ish brown. The shimmer is crazy strong in person giving a greeny-gold glow. The holo is super linear. Overall, a super blingy neutral in my opinion. No texture after topcoat.
