Hello lovely readers! Today I apologize for the radio silence this week as I have been playing severe catch up to my blog and youtube accounts since my computer completely crashed last weekend and I have had to redo videos and swatches for my posts. Technology! I am back however, with a new release from Lemming Lacquers inspired by the new series The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina and these are so vampy, shifty, and sparkly! Let’s get to it!
Dark Baptism: a red/orange/yellow multichrome in a purple base with scattered holo sparks and purple/pink/orange/gold iridescent flakes. $11.70
Swatches show two coats with topcoat. Formula feels on the medium side and applies very opaque. This is a lovely vampy multichrome that appears red in bright lights with a strong copper and orange shift on angles.
Freedom and Power: a dark purple jelly with red shimmer and red/gold/green iridescent flakes. $11.70
Swatches show three coats with topcoat. Formula applied like a rich jelly, and for opacity I’d say two coats. In my haste to even everything out for my swatches on my video I went for three thin coats and I feel like that was overkill. In person the shimmer is a strong red and the flakes give a rainbow of color. No texture after topcoat.
Hellfire: a dark blue jelly with blue/cyan shimmer and a mix of blue/turquoise iridescent flakes. $11.70
Swatches show three thin coats with topcoat. Formula feels similar to Freedom and Power, and I’d say between 2-3 coats for opacity. I’d like to note my swatches are leaning a touch lighter than what I’m seeing in person, so be sure to check out the swatch video to see better color accuracy. The will be lighter or darker depending on whether or not if you go in with 2 or 3 coats. No texture after topcoat.
Malum Malus: a deep red jelly with orange/red shimmer, scattered holo, and iridescent flakes shifting purple/red/pink/orange/gold $11.70
Swatches show two coats with topcoat. Formula feels similar here as well, in richness and opacity. This gives a lovely opalescent effect, with the base color as a blood red and the flakes and shimmer warming up the overall tone. No texture after topcoat. Please note my macros and video are a better representation of color.
Path of Night: a teal/blue/purple multichrome packed with holographic flakes and scattered holo sparks. $11.70
Swatches show two coats with topcoat. Formula is rich and applied very opaque. This is super shifty and easily rolls between teal, blue, and purple. No texture after topcoat.
Psychopomp: a gray crelly base with pink/copper/green multichrome shimmer, purple/blue iridescent flakes, and holographic flakes and sparks. $11.70
Swatches show two coats with topcoat. This also has a rich formula and builds up quickly on the nail. The base is a cool toned grey with the shimmer appearing as a reddish pink that easily shifts to copper and green on angles. No texture after topcoat.
Succubitch: a maroon jelly with bright red shimmer and sparks of holographic microflakes $10.80
Swatches show two coats with topcoat. This is a lovely rich shade, that applied very buttery and smooth on the nail. I really can’t see anyone needing to go to three coats on this one, and it positively glows in person.
Wrong Nightmare: a dark blue base with red/bronze/copper multichrome, holographic flakes, and purple/blue iridescent flakes. $11.70
Swatches show two coats with topcoat. This is another vampy, complex shade that has a glowing feel from the multichrome pigment. It mostly glows with a reddish bronze look and easily shifts to copper on angles. The flakes are of the larger variety and picked up easily from the brush, though I’d recommend going in a little lighter with your brush if you tend to apply your polish with heavy brush strokes. It’ll build up a nice pond effect on the nail that is very obvious and luminescent. No texture after topcoat.
These are currently in the shop now, and $81 for the set if you decide to go for the whole shebang! Be sure to check out my swatch video to see these in action!
Thanks so much for reading! ❤
