Hello again lovelies! Today I have swatches of three creams from Picture Polish, along with four nail art looks featuring all three creams! Woot! If you’re new to nail art and want to visibly see how I created these looks, I highly encourage you to check out my swatch video linked below so you can see how I made all of them! Spoiler alert: all three creams have a lovely formula and are super bright and summery! Let’s get to the swatches!
Candy– swatches show two coats with topcoat. Formula is super smooth, buttery and self levels easily. This is a lovely Barbie/bubblegum pink. It dries down semi-glossy so any topcoat will be just fine.
Nail art on Candy: I used Moyou London, the cookbook collection plate 09 for this one. I stamped with Funky Fingers Gesso and filled in the ice cream with Tiffany and finished it off with matte topcoat from Night Owl Lacquer.
Sorbet– Swatches show two coats with topcoat. Formula is super smooth and self leveling just like Candy. This is a perfect true yellow with a white/pastel undertone. It’s bright and sunny and applies wonderfully as a yellow polish.
Nail art of Sorbet: I used Moyou London, the princess collection plate 13 and stamped with Funky Fingers Dark Knight, and filled in with Candy.
Tiffany– swatches show two coats with topcoat. Again, we have a perfect formula. Easy build up, and lovely self leveling. This is interesting, as I looked at the bottle I didn’t really see a ‘Tiffany blue’ but when I wore it, it definitely wears as one. This is lovely, and has a touch of a powdery blue undertone to it. Super flattering here as well.
Nail art on Tiffany: I used an old metallic silver from Revlon and Funky Fingers Dark Knight to marble the image on my nails with water and alcohol. Topped off with matte topcoat from Night Owl Lacquer.
Nail art featuring all three creams: I used all three creams for a gradient across the nail, and stamped with Funky Fingers Dark Knight using Uberchic plate 1-03 and a super squishy stamper from Lantern and Wren.
Be sure to check out my swatch video, as I have a tutorial for all four nail art looks as well as application demonstration for all three creams!
