*PRESS SAMPLE: these were sent to me for an honest review*
Hello lovely readers! I have a few posts planned this weekend so stay tuned! I’m kicking it off with Scofflaw Nail Varnish’s spring collection. We have a set of seven crellies ranging in glitter sizes. I’d like to note that the brand has a new brush too, they are the beloved paddle style brushes and damn they do a fantastic job of spreading the buttery formulas that these have! If you’d like to take a peek at it, be sure to check out my swatch video. Seriously, between the new brush and formula, it was a real treat to use these. Now, let’s take a peek at the new colors!
*as a blanket statement, these all dry down pretty matte and some are thirsty so I’d recommend a good glossy topcoat to seal everything in.
Ghost Snails Haunt Garden Paths: A ghostly blue-white creme base with blue and lavender flecks, shimmer, and flakes.
Swatches show two coats with topcoat. Formula is very smooth and creamy and self levels wonderfully. This is packed full of tiny blue flecks so in person, they’re all over and very cute.

Sharpen Your Horns – Gore Your Enemies: A burnt orange cream base, with matte red glitters of various sizes and finished off with a violet shimmer.
Swatches show two coats with topcoat. Formula is crelly like, but still creamy on application. For the most part, the formula on all polishes in this set is heavy and dense but very buttery and smooth.

Existential Taxi Cab: A taxi-hued jelly base, with turquoise, brown, and periwinkle glitters in various sizes
Swatches show two coats with topcoat. Depending on preference, I’d suggest 2-3 coats for opacity. It applies very even on the nail, but this one will really depend on your polishing style. The base color is a sunny yellow, with just a slight hint of Dijon.

The Spring Leaves Gossip About You: A creamy, grassy green base with gold flakes, aqua shimmer, and navy flecks.
Swatches show two coats with topcoat. Formula is similar to Ghost Snails, and applies super creamy and buttery on the nail.

This Princess Saves Dragons: A delicate lavender base, packed with glitter and flakes in different shades of pink, purple, and lavender, and finished with a rainbow shimmer.
Swatches show two coats with topcoat. Formula is similar to the other larger glitter finishes in this set, and very smooth on application.

Love Letter to Ellen Ripley: A brown jelly base swimming with purple-blue iridescent shifting glittersand shimmers.
Swatches show three coats with topcoat. Formula is just a touch lighter than Spring Leaves and Ghost Snails, so I’d suggest three thinner coats for even coverage.

Cybercat Dreaming of Neon Mice: A soft grey jelly base, with neon glitter and dots and spots in various shades of orange and red. Finished off with iridescent purple flecks and shimmer.
Swatches show two coats with topcoat. Formula is once again easy to use and super smooth. I was very impressed that some of this set’s polishes have the larger glitters and no issues whatsoever with application. I did not have to fish or carefully place the larger flecks on my nails.

The collection releases Friday, April 24th at 7pm CST! Don’t forget about my swatch video to see that lush paddle brush in action!
Thanks so much for reading! ❤
These are all nice, and cool 😀
