PRESS SAMPLE: these were sent to me for an honest review
Hello lovely readers! I have a few more posts to show you all before my PPU video. I’ve had a few asking, and that post is ready to go very soon. The mail has been delaying my blogger packages like crazy so hopefully I’ll get the last few stragglers today. To kick off today’s posts, I’m showing you all Cuticula’s new SPrinkle of the month! This is a monthly series that is one coat polishes that stamp effortlessly. This month starts off a scented option, that’ll go with the theme of her names. I’m digging this, the brand reminds me of a candy shop for nails!
Cherry Slush: a gorgeous red with strong metallic shimmer. Scented like cherries when dry! $11
Swatches show one coat with Limitless topcoat. Formula is metallic-like, dense, and very opaque. I don’t see many needing to go past two coats for full coverage. My swatches are leaning just a touch warm, so please note in person this is more cool toned of a red. Please refer to my swatch video for better representation.
This is also scented like cherries too! To me it smells like a cherry blow pop, somewhat sweet and very pleasant. I’m usually weary of cherry scents in fear of them being medicine like, however this one is lovely and candy-like. The Limitless topcoat I used is also scented, and I found that the scents blended together and made it even more lovely. This is really cool, and I look forward to more of her scented polishes to see what other kind of layering effects we’ll get.
And lastly, I wanted to see how it stamped. It performed excellent on the first try with a clear jelly stamper and I had no issues picking up finer details. I used a white and pink base for my swatches.
Cherry Slush is currently available in Cuticula’s shop! Be sure to check out my swatch video to see it in action!
Thanks so much for reading! ❤
