PRESS SAMPLE: these were sent to me for an honest review
Happy Friday lovely readers! I have another new release to show you all! I have Dam’s newest Cocktail Party collection, which features six tri-thermal shades.
In lieu of repeating myself, all six have wonderful formulas. They’re creamy and ultra smooth, however they also have the slightest bit of a jelly lean on the brush strokes. If you’ve ever applied gel polish before, these feel like that. They also self level very well. For all six, you can reach full opacity between 2-3 coats. All of my swatches and videos for this set are shown with two coats and a glossy topcoat.
They are all very temperature sensitive, and I clearly saw three colors on all six.
Purple Haze: a tri-thermal changes from a dark purple to a lavender when warmed.
Blackberry Mojito: a tri-thermal that changes from deep dark gray to purple to pink when warmed.
Tequila Sunrise: a tri-thermal changes from a reddish brown to orange brown to yellow when warmed.
Sour Appletini: a tri-thermal that changes from a reddish brown to yellow to a light green when warmed.
Grasshopper: a tri-thermal that changes through 3 different shades of green when warmed.
Pink Moscato Sangria: a tri-thermal that changes from a deep pink to a light pink when warmed.
I had a feeling this one was going to be a bit tricky on my video and swatches, so please note in person there is definitely three colors. The in-between state is a warmed, almost orangey type of pink. I think the fact that this has an almost neon lean, and it’s pinky… My camera was having none of it.
The Cocktail Party collection is available as of today! You can grab them for $9.50 each or the entire collection for $54. Be sure to check out my swatch video to see these in action!
Thanks so much for reading! ❤
