PRESS SAMPLE: these were sent to me for an honest review

Hello again lovely readers! Today I have Potion Polish’s holiday releases to show you all. Let’s dive right in!

Topcoat(s) used in this post: Night Owl Lacquer’s Patience Not Required and Glisten & Glow’s Glitter Grabber.

Christmas Morning – Crisp white sprinkled with red/copper/gold/green shifting chrome flakes and red and green holo glitter. $11

Swatches show two coats with topcoat. Formula is crelly like with a bit of squish to the brush strokes. This dries down quite flat, so I’d suggest a glossy topcoat. I’d describe the base as a true white, it does almost lean somewhat neutral from the gold flecks. Those with a very prominent free edge might need a third thin coat.

Holly Jolly – Festive cranberry jelly sparkling with pink holo glitter in various sizes. $10.50

Swatches show two coats with a glitter smoothing topcoat and glossy topcoat. Formula is jelly like, but very dense and opaque on application. It dries down quite flat and textured (almost like a Pixie Dust) so I’d strongly suggest a smoothing topcoat to get that ultra sparkly effect.

Christmastime – Rich burgundy fractured holo. $10.50

Swatches show two coats with topcoat. Formula is creamy and dense. I want to classify Christmastime as a one coater, however I’d still suggest two coats to give it that delightful plump appearance. It also dries down flat, so I suggest a good glossy topcoat.

These are currently available! Be sure to check out my swatch video to see them in action!
